School Nursing Team

The School Health Nursing Team Your School Health Nursing Team is made up of School Health Nurses and School Health Assistants who are experienced in working with children and young people and providing young people-friendly services.

Referrals can be made to this service by school - please make an appointment with Jo Creese to discuss this prior to referral.
