In-Year Admissions from September 2023

If you are interested in applying for an in-year place in our school, a formal request for application has to be made directly to us. Please read our 2023/2024 Admissions Policy carefully first. You will need to complete an application form, which will then need to be returned to the school with a copy of your child's baptism certificate if applicable. The Governors will meet to consider the application submitted to them. In the event of over-subscription for a place, the Governors will apply the criteria as set out in the 2023/2024 Admissions Policy. The decision of the Governors will be communicated directly to the applicant of the refusal or offer of a place. You may also wish to send the application form or apply online to South Gloucestershire Council School Admissions - they will be able to inform you of other local school vacancies if we are full in that particular year group.

Application Form for an In-Year Place from September 2023-2024

If your child is Catholic, a copy of their baptism certificate needs to be submitted with the application directly to our school.

In the event of refusal of an in-year application, parents can request that their child be placed on a waiting list, which will be held by the school. Should a place become available in the academic year in question, places will be offered by the Governors according to the School Admissions Policy Order of Priority, not by the date of joining the waiting list.

Please contact the school if you require any further information.
