The School Day

Currently, school opens at 8:00 for breakfast club. Parents must book their children if they wish to attend. For more information about the breakfast club click here.

The school gates open at 8:45, and children must arrive in their classrooms by 8:55 to be registered on time. All children enter via the playground. Parents can enter the school playground through the front gate or the back entrance. We encourage families to arrive early and ensure our children arrive on time for a settled start to their day.

Breaktime is at 10:45, and Lunch is at 12:15. Children either have a school meal cooked in our on-site kitchen or bring a packed lunch. Please send your child with a healthy lunch. We also ask that NO NUTS are brought into school as we have children with nut allergies. If your child wishes to bring a snack for breaktime, this should be fruit, vegetables, or a plain biscuit.

We have collective worship every day, which could involve the Celebration of the Word (Gospel), our values, key world events and singing. We will have a special assembly on Friday to celebrate our achievements this week. 

The school day ends at 3.30. The gate is opened at 3:15. We ask that all children be collected punctually.
